Fist time coming here and let me tell you, Madalynn Weberg, did an amazing job, I have been to several other places and I will never go any where else again I love my hair so much. Thank you again

When you want a place with heart or have a company that cares about you DONT GO HERE. I didn’t get the service done today that I’ve been hoping to have done for months now. A year ago I had tons of my hair fall out because of the treatment it was undergoing at the Fargo hospital which is the reason I moved to this town in the first place. I felt so ugly I felt like a complete stranger when I looked in the mirror. I couldn’t die my hair anymore because it was so brittle and then it just kept breaking off shorter and shorter no matter how well I tried to take care of it. Finally this last year I’ve gotten my health mostly in order and have booked out my appointment for today with such excitement in mind because I just wanted to feel somewhat beautiful even if we have to go shorter than I ever wanted or was ever used to. I also work in healthcare myself. The reason I’m adding that in is because I had a patient fall out of their bed today and I had to stay a few minutes later right at the end of my shift to make sure the ambulance came to get them to the hospital and to make sure they were OK and to do extra vitals on them and get them up off the floor this took about 20 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 9 and I got there about 40 min afterwards because of this life and death situation for a patient that HAD to be tended too. Getting my hair done today was the only thing that I’ve been looking forward to for months because of how ugly my own treatment has made me feel from losing my hair. I begged and pleaded with the receptionist to have anybody else to step in and help me. I’d be willing to pay extra to everyone there as an apology for not being able to help being late. They wouldn’t hear me out for anything. They just said I wouldn’t get any service done at all for being late and also I wasn’t allowed to reschedule unless I paid for the service they wernt letting me get done as I’m standing there in person ONTOP of a new schedule. Im in literal tears. A good service I’m sure you could find At many different salons but what you can’t find at every salon are people that care about you or your situation or what you’re going through - and nobody gave a damn about my life or what was happening or even just said sorry to me because that would’ve been something that showed that anybody would’ve cared. So if anybody has been dying to get their hair done because about how ugly they feel because of the treatment that ruin their whole life And this was the only thing that they thought could make them feel beautiful again I’m telling you do you- DO NOT ever book here. Because To the people that run the salon you’re simply a number and that number is how much you’re paying and nothing more. I’ll also post this to all of my social media to let all my friends know Exactly how they treat you here. Anybody that has any recommendations of any other salons I could go to for the service I’ve been looking forward to for months let me know because life doesn’t even seem all that worth it sometimes when it hits you in every direction and even the smallest things to some people meant the entire world and your confidence to you.
