Linda Mariani was great in helping us finalize our divorce through mediation. Her years of experience were a definite asset both with regards to her knowledge of divorce law and the speed in which she was able to move us through the process because of her familiarity of the local court system. We came to a very fair and equitable agreement, in part based on her knowledge of what would be acceptable to the court, but also because she listened to both of us and took into account what each of us was expecting in the settlement. I would highly recommend her and her team.

I highly recommend Linda Mariani as she facilitated our divorce via the mediation process. She was fair and professional, if you have any concerns with bias towards one party or another you won’t experience that here. We were able to complete our divorce within 3 weeks of starting the process and we are both happy with the outcome. Her staff was kind and responded in an expeditious manner. Mediation saved us money, she thoroughly explained the process and set expectations. Linda and her team reduced the angst associated with divorce, my ex and I are able to remain friends.
