Took my first Orange Theory Exercise class tonight and it was amazing! The workout was well rounded from weights to tread mill and more!nnI earned 8 splat points tonight, burned over 700 calories and got my heart rate up to 130 bpm!nnI started out speed walking and ended up light running on the tread mill which I didn’t think I would do!nnThe Coach was understanding, extremely helpful, caring and compassionate!nnThe front desk ladies were totally awesome to talk to and get all my questions asked!nnThis is the only fitness center that as made me wanna actually come back to!nnI would highly recommend and please at least try the free class!nnAlso if you’re worried about price it is totally affordable which is always my #1 concern!

Great way to get fit! Friendly staff and a highly motivational workout that uses Game Theory with a fitness tracker to keep your heart rate up and help you keep burning in your Orange Zone. I never thought I would love rowing and weights so much until I joined! Every workout is different and focuses on strength, power, endurance, etc, but does a bit of calisthenics/weights, a bit on a treadmill, and a bit on the rowing machine. I feel much more confident going into a regular gym on my own!

You never do the same workout twice ever! Coaches and staff are amazing ud83dude4c. The motivation they continue to give us makes one happy members of the orange family. If you struggle they help you every step of the way. It's a great way to get in shape! They get you in quickly and smoothly every class! I love the OTF gear that I can wear to work and support them outside of the gym. Get your self in for your first workout!

Workout variability rocks! Tons of motivations. Coaches are so upbeat and welcoming. Lots of energy! Modifications for beginners. Love that I can work my way to OTF apparel. Themed workouts always get me pumped.

Let me begin by saying that when I first heard about OT, I believed that there was no way this gym was for me, but now, 6 months in, I am stronger and accomplishing things that I never believed I would. This gym is for all ages and fitness levels.nThe staff is great. They make an effort to learn your name and engage on a more personal level. They greet you when you arrive and wish you well on your way out the door. In the gym they motivate you with high fives and whoops of encouragement. They also nudge you to push beyond your perceived limits.nThe workouts are never the same, are always challenging and leave you feeling wiped out and accomplished! I also appreciate the ever present tangible goals that exist- earning splat points, hitting a certain heart rate, going a certain distance or reaching a new speed on a machine. In addition, OT builds in fun extras to keep your experience fresh.nOT is the perfect storm of all things gym and fitness!
