Quick, flexible, mostly professional. I drove down from RI to look at a 2011 Toyota 4runner. Mitch was pleasant, not pushy and helpful in moving the process along. We ended up buying a car from them. Mitch ensured that all the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner. He also coordinated the car dropoff to a local mechanic where I had arranged a pre purchase inspection. So far so good.nnOne small gripe: the rear view mirror was loose, and we had asked for that to be fixed in the final detailing. However, this was somehow missed and we only noticed after we had left the dealership. A small detail omitted, but overall, a good experience. I wouldn't mind going back to Whaling City if they have the right car in their inventory.
