Almost 4 years Member with Family Wellness, in my 20+ years working out and using over 50 gyms I rate FW one of my top five because they have verity of equipments (cardio, weight machines), plenty of free weight, great staff, clean and finally you can do different activities if you don’t like to workout or attend one of their classes to stay healthy.
Such a beautiful gym, the steam room and sauna were delightful, and being able to walk out of the sauna and into the pool was a dream
Growing increasingly frustrated with the sauna restrictions. Only two people at a time? Come on.nnAnd the lifeguards come in literally every 3 minutes(not an exaggeration) to check..so the rooms never come to temperature.
$100/mo for a family membership. Not busy in the early mornings. Nicest gym in the area, and they charge accordingly. We don't go Sundays as they open late.
They need to put X's or something 6ft apart in the sauna and steam room.And allow more then 2 ppl.at a time.Or lower monthly membership fee's. Its a hassle every time trying to use the sauna or steam room and those are 90%the reason I switched to the wellness center
