My daughter told me to go to Meineke in New London after she had the worst car repair experience of her life at a local dealership. Rick and his crew at Meineke in New London went above and beyond their job to be sure her car was fixed at a reasonable price AND they made her feel comfortable!nnSo, I called them yesterday and they got me in immediately. It was my best car experience ever! Rick explained everything, gave me an awesome price, and let me know what expenses will be coming soon so I could prepare for future expenses! Went there today and Richard helped me out. Extremely professional, courteous and personable. He figured out that I actually didn’t have the issue with my CV joint that I thought I had. He didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. All around great experience.
The manager is awesome, and has an inviting personality. They are also affordable. I went there to get a quote for my Mum's car. It was a very good experience. Soon, I will be going back to get her car fixed.
