I had a wonderful experience buying a brand new jeep with the help of Bruce. He was the perfect amount of friendly, honest and informative without being too pushy or in-your-face like you normally would expect from salesmen. Bruce spent basically the entire day with us, patiently answering any questions we had and made us feel comfortable and confident with our decision. We were able to test drive a couple cars of interest before finding the perfect fit for me. The following days after I brought home the car, Bruce contacted me to ask how the car was driving and wanted to ensure that I made the right decision. 10/10 would recommend him if you are looking to buy a new car!! Rob Dickens is the best salesman I have had the opportunity to work with! Rob is the kindest man I've worked with. He genuinely wants to help any and all customers that come to him. Absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever worked with, so good in fact, this is the second Jeep I’ve purchased from them. Rob and Sam listened, and I mean truly listened to all of my questions, comments, and concerns. Then they worked to get me in the perfect vehicle, which I’m in love with. Their service department is also tremendous. With my last Jeep I was always confident my vehicle is being well taken care of, and look forward to that care again. It really is the full package here from start to finish and I recommend anyone who wants the best experience to go here first and talk to Rob and Sam!
I had been shopping around for a new car for a while, not sure what I wanted to get... when I was online, I saw a car that caught my eye... living an hour from Valenti in Mystic, I read reviews and made the decision to take a ride with my husband to see the Jeep that we ended up purchasing... BEST DECISION EVER! Bruce was amazing (go see him!). He was personable, funny, understanding and great from start to finish! And they made everything so easy, and convenient so we were there a short time considering we had to get a sitter to pick up the car :-). I am recommending this dealership to all my family and friends and everyone I talk to (and to go see Bruce!). But the entire team was great too!!! There was little pressure and we know we got a great deal too :-). Thank you so much!!!
I recently leased a Jeep Wrangler at Valenti and I have to say it was one of the easiest and stress free car dealership experiences I have ever had. Rob was there to answer all of our questions and was super patient and trustworthy. He had all the paperwork done and ready to go by the time we got there. We were basically in and out in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend this dealership! Staff is very friendly and I never felt pressured at all!!
