I actually really enjoyed my training here and miss it tremendously. Unfortunately I wasnt able to find a schedule for one on one training, but overall, even the group sessions are amazing! Jesse is a true motivator and an honest, down to earth guy. He's a lot of fun to train with. Highly recommended by me. I REALLY wish my schedule allowed me to continue. I miss it!
Awesome place! The coaches are amazing and the athletes are very friendly. Once you start you hate to even miss a workout. Saturday's they host a community workout for free to try it out! My wife and I are glad we stumbled upon this place!
Absolutely would recommend this CrossFit to anyone. I formerly attended a popular CrossFit in my area. This particular one made me feel unwelcome. The staff would hangout with the regulars. It was a bad experience. In contrast, CrossFit Payback is wonderful. Jesse, being my favorite is an excellent coach. They track your progress & will really help you achieve your fitness goals.
This is a great gym with amazing space. Showers, lockers, and all the equipment you need. Coaches are super friendly. Great location too. Right off 395.
I was anxious and intimidated starting CrossFit. Dave truly eased my nerves. He has a great way of encouraging you and making you feel like you are doing great (even when you asked him to show you the same technique for the 20th time). I highly recommend Payback.
