He is worth waiting for, don’t settle!nnThe finance department doesn’t play the usual car dealership games. They listen and are straight forward with you. They work with you to get you the best deal out there. Arron and Eddie are a great team who handle the loan processing part with effortless and as a painless transaction. The sales department was a dream to work with. They were kind and helpful from the moment I stepped foot in the door. Junior took down all of my very strict demands for my new F150, then he and Eddie went to work to find my dream truck. They made the process extremely easy and I spent a fraction of the time I have in other dealerships sales departments. These guys are the best, they are genuinely nice people and treat you like family. I recommend them to anyone who is reading these reviews and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used Ford. Thanks again Junior, Eddie, Bob and Erin for all your help, I will be back when I'm in the market again. Lastly, a little shout out to Girard Ford's service department, those guys are awesome as well, if you need anything, give them a call and they will treat you right!

Great customer service all around. Specifically the sales manager Joey and the salesman Frank, they did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the deal. This has absolutely been the best experience in buying a car! 10/10 would recommend

I’ve had bad experiences with dealerships in the past and never wanted to go back until I went to Girard Ford and met Junior. Junior was very informative and knew his product knowledge very well. And made the whole buying experience extremely easy.Will come back for my next vehicle 5/5

Bob was extremely helpful and nice from the moment I got out of my old Escape. He was actually able to find me a newer Escape that suited my current needs and right away. Definitely recommend them and Bob.
