Intentionally scamming people?nThe gas pump prompts you to buy a car wash except the car wash has been broken for weeks. Bought one and haven’t been able to use it, the car wash code expires in like two weeks time, the car wash has been broken. When asked for a refund the employee said that they were not allowed to issue refunds.nnMaybe don’t have the pumps prompt customers to buy a service that doesn’t exist?nBanking on people dismissing the annoyance and just collecting free money?nNot cool.

Need to put prepaid on pumps so people know its prepaid... I go inside and asked what's wrong with pump she said I dont know rude as hell when she could of just said prepaid only... then the guy clerk said its prepaid he was nice about it and after I just said maybe someone should put sign on pumps saying its prepaid when I never said it was her doing was just saying like a manager should she starts screaming at me rude as hell needs to control her temper this happened 1/1/19 at 1025 pm I will take my money to holiday instead of this Casey location

The coffee/cappachino selections are bad, not updated seasonally. No pumpkin cappachino kinda a bummer. Plus the coffee area was really dirty, needed to he wiped down everywhere and then there's not even really any sugars and creamers to choose from. And to top it off it was the most expensive, average cappachino I've ever had. Nothing bad to say about the store otherwise, always good customer service too

Date of Visit: 10/12/2019 - Wouldn't take a debit card at the pump, so we had to use our credit card, and then they wouldn't give us a receipt! Carefully watching both our credit and debit accounts for fraudulent activity now...

Good service and decent food for a gas station and when your in the road and need a quick bite to eat
