Finally I think I found my barber in New London! I initially had an issue with the appointment scheduling here, and my appointment was missed due to a system error...BUT Juan reached out directly to my cell and immediately apologized and explained what happened and made it right. Thanks again!

I've been going to Juan's for haircuts since i was a kid, and they really do amazing work, the service is great, Juan and his crew are very kind, funny, and hardworking. Any customer that steps into this barbershop, you'll be feeling like a new man, and the prices are so good. I highly reccomend you get your next haircut at Juan's, it's one of, if not, the best barbershop in New London.

Matt always fixes whatever moptop I have goin on up there and keeps me lookin sharp. Everyone there takes their time to make sure not a single hair is missed!

The barbers of this establishment are very accommodating and patient. My son is under the autism spectrum and the atmosphere is very engaging and safe which makes him comfortable and okay to be himself. THANK YOU XAVIER @ JUAN'S BARBERSHOP
