Automatically renewing training that takes more than a month to cancel
DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! WE YOU MUST CANCEL BY CERTIFIED MAIL WHICH WE DID! THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE US AFTER THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. THEY SENT THE CHARGES TO COLLECTIONS. 2 YEARS LATER WE GET A NOTIFICATION BY THE COLLECTION AGENCY. THEY AKNOWLEDGED THEIR WRONG AND STILL WON'T FIX THE CHARGES WITH THE COLLECTION AGENCY!

All the basics for cardio and strength with friendly staff and a nice view/location. Work out music is also played in background.
Don't bother getting a membership to WOW, you will save yourself from a world of unnecessary charges and stress.nFroze my account and still got billed for 2 months (apparently the system needs 2 months to process a request) and still paid ridiculous annual fees.nCancelled my account in September and I am still receiving bills up to $95... and it is November.
