Well organized store. I do sometimes feel that their prices are slightly higher and they don't run promotions like other Once Upon A Child Stores I used to shop at. They also don't have much in the way of baby gear (strollers, high chairs, activity gyms) which I believe is due to their limited space. But for clothes, they are well stocked and have good variety.

I wish I'd read the reviews on here rather than the website because they don't follow their own mask policy listed on their website. Employees and customers are not wearing masks, there are kids in the store even though their website asks that there not be kids in the store, there are no plastic barriers at the checkouts, and no social distancing at all. I won't be coming back. So much for North Dakota Smart.

Needs some of the empty space beside them to hold the volume of stuff in thier inventory, lots of stuff for the really and then older but stuff for older tots is slim.

The lady asked me if I had ever been to Once Upon a Child. I responded NO and she said, “put your information in the tablet here.” I said okay, put my info in. She helped other customers while I filled out the tablet, no biggie. Then she proceeded to give me a ticket and say they would text me when my stuff was ready.nnI didn’t understand what was going on and asked if I was allowed to wait. I had just got off of work and live about an hour away. Just wanted to go home. She said that was fine and proceeded to help customers. I get that it’s busy but as a new possible customer or seller I would have appreciated a heads up as to how the process works. As I told her I had never been there. ud83dude44nI waited while about four other associates stared me up and down while they worked. I get it I had some horrible customer service jobs while finishing my degree.nnBut SHEESH, I will not be returning based on the customer service alone.nnI finally noticed there was a pamphlet on the counter with the process listed but with it being so busy and such a small space I didn’t even notice. Again, I had never been here or used this type of service. I should have just donated to the Goodwill like I had planned. So much for trying new things.nnBunch of miserable employees.nTRUST ME LADIES, no job is worth that much misery.ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f
