We came in with no knowledge of how to try on or purchase a suit, and left after about 30 minutes with a nicely priced, gorgeous suit and a much better understanding of how suits work. We worked with Trapper, who did not bat an eye when we told him I was looking for a suit for myself (not for a guy). He was friendly, honest, and professional!
I had my wedding dress altered here and the young woman did a great job!
I’ve been to Men’s Wearhouse in Fargo between five and ten times the past 8 years. I’ve had great and subpar experiences, but overall I would say my experience has been generally favorable. I usually spend around 30-60 minutes per visit. Customer service is good. In my opinion, the employees have provided good recommendations upon my request. There are usually price discounts available on some of the items within each garment category (i.e., dress pants, sport coats, shoes, shirts).nnIn my opinion, the baseline quality of the clothes in this store are at least moderately better than those of other stores (i.e., JC Penney’s and Macy’s) in the FM area.
I was late for my daughters wedding pictures and had left my dress shirt in Chicago. The sales assistant matched my suit and tie and got me set up with several options in no time. (And I'm not easy to find a good fit.) I left with a shirt that looked great with my suit and with time to spare to get to the wedding.
Employees were really helpful, which is good because I'm not the best at picking out clothing.
