Extremely rude to their customers. Brought in new clothes with the tags still attached. They threw my clothes around in the tub that I brought them in just long enough to seem ”busy” and mess them up & then tossed the bin on the ground out into the isles. My friend and I told them we would wait in the store for them to look over the clothes. No one even came to tell us they were done looking over the clothes even when they saw us standing there waiting. They took American Eagle shorts that had the original tags on them for $50 and paid me $3. Also wanted to take brand new platform Nordstrom sneakers that had the tags on them priced at $70 & only wanted to give me $5. The employee lied to my face saying she looked them up and could only price them at $20 even when the ORIGINAL tag said $70. Very frustrating! I will no longer be doing business with this store or recommending this store to friends/family.
Awful experience. I brought in a whole box of clothes that were either gently used to still had tags. Claimed that had spots or were “juniors sizes”. The one item they wanted to buy was an $80 leather skirt. They wanted to give me $4 for it. The staff was very rude and condescending. Most of the brands I was attempting to sell, they had on their tracks already. Same sizes and brands. Lush, naked zebra, kittsona, old navy, American eagle.
They pay very little for items but significantly make up other items. When it is brought to their attention they block people on social media and delete their comments. Buyer beware, over time I have noticed many luxury items priced very close to retail. Overall buyer beware but blocking and deleting customer comments is never ok. There are better places to shop in Fargo!
Took really nice, clean and newer clothes to sell and they didn't accept any of my clothes!!
Found the perfect pure for my girlfriend here. Staff was very friendly.
