Small store. Shelves are bare. Hardly any stock. Sold out of so many things. Not many options. Basically store lacks greatly. Friendly and helpful staff at least. Ample parking. I still can’t get used the fact that stores now charge $0.10 per plastic shipping bag. But offer big paper bags.. kinda hard to carry soda bottles in paper bags without them ripping apart. Hopefully Connecticut will go back to using and giving away bags for free sooner rather then later.

I was in Waterford store couples days ago and was suprised: YOU have not yet installed a plexiglass at the registers ! How is it possible? CVS doesn't care about customers??You have Pharmacy! It's so busy there every time I come in!nAll stores around have it if it's even small gas stations!!! So disappointed!!!nYour employees are awesome! How CVS doesn't care about people at this time??Why are you exposing us to such a risk???

This CVS seems to never have my medications in stock when I need them. How do you not have something like a common blood pressure medicine always on stock? And it takes way more than the estimated time for my prescriptions to be ready. How can a prescription be “in process” for days?

Zero stars if I could. I had a procedure which caused severe pain. It's been 3 days still no meds. I have called and no answer unbelievable! They used to have prescriptions filled in a matter of minutes. I will give my business to another pharmacy. It's a shame my company and cvs are business partners. I'm going to higher management about this.

The store manager is verbally abusive and extremely unprofessional to customers. She does not manage the store well and generally treats customers horribly. Not a nice woman and not a well run store. I recommend contacting CVS corporate in Rhode Island directly if you have problems with the store manager or any other employee that works there. The store manager does not take complaints very well and can be down right nasty if she feels she is being constructively criticized. How CVS hired this woman to run the store is absolutely beyond me. I have never seen a worse manager in my life-- especially the way she interacts with customers. My opinion based on personal experience and observation.
