Excellent customer service!! Hard to find with this company. I’ve dealt with online customer care via phone online support even speaking to a few stores looking for a particular item of interest. By far this location and Meriden Mall .. are superb. Thank you for making my shopping experience a good one. You guys can teach your other locations a lesson on how to treat a customer right. I really like some of the brands of clothing and shoes they sell
The worker was on her cellphone not helping anyone in the store. When I had asked for a shoe size she was like I don’t know if we have that size instead of actually checking. She had attitude once I asked her to check. I was never greeted or thanked as a customer. My question is was she there to work or be on her cellphone the entire time? This is one of the reason I shop online. I don’t have to deal with poor customer service.
The guy was ignoring me probably couldn't hear me when I asked about an item In the store. He had airpods in and personally i thought it was disrespectful. Honestly wish he learned better customer service and i personally request that he be fired or handled in some fashion.
Great prices and styles. I buy my young child and tweens Van's from Journeys. Very attentive staff.
