The staff at Waterford Zumiez is subpar. the main manager Charlie has no idea what she is doing and relies heavily on the assistant manager (which has just been a liquidated job). If you plan on working here and attempt to move into a higher position the manager will lie and blame mistakes on you if the status of her job is threatened in the slightest. Bad management. High prices. Lousy underage associates.
Very bad and disrespectful management. Charlie should be fired for her conduct. She has fired employees before simply for doing their job!
