We went to get new sneakers for my 3 yr old. Came home with 2 pairs Nike for good price. The gentleman who actually helped us was great! My pet peeve is the girl who greeted us...she could have just said hello and went about her business today and I would have rated my visit 5 stars... however she smiled, said hello, asked me if I needed help (which I did) then agreed to help me and then went and helped the customer who walked in behind me. The guy that helped me actually appeared in the store after me. He looked to be coming in to work to start a shift or returning from a break. He didn't hesitate to set me up with a measure for my girls foot. After he addressed our needs he went in the back to put away his belongings and that is when greeter girl came over smiling and again asked me if she could help ( I politely declined the offer). She could have just said hello or even I'll be with you in a moment.
