Love this place. Nice used clothing, purses, and shoes. Designer brands. Always find something to buy. Staff is great at helping you find an outfit for any occasion.

I dropped off items for consignment. I wish they wouldn't behave as if they are doing you a huge favor when you bring things in to sell. That's how they obtain their merchandise. I've started to consider that it might not be worth the effort.

This place is always hit or miss. I have found some really great things here . One of the last times i was in there was a young lady whom works there back ans fourth fro college. I guess she has been with the company for a very long time.she was GREAT! She helped me went above ans beyond was ao knowledgeably and even helped me find a cobbler for some work i needed done. My very last visit wasnt as great. The woman working came from some type of advertising .i believe came from cooperate, and now shes with this comapany, there is a sister store in another location, she lives w her boyfriend which is divorced, she loves her job w the store ,, blah blah blah..meeting w a friend to catch up over coffee. I left out alot of details , but i am currently on all these things because she never got on the phone where she stayed talking for about 30 mins. I was trying things on and there were some ladies in and out. In the end i left the items i was looking at on the front register area as i had questions and to even get her attention was a pain while she was juggling finishing her phone call and cashing out the woman in front of me while she finally found it best to hang up and take care of customers. I asked if i could leave my stuff in front she actually didnt the time to really look at me she just said yea sure, and than had the nerve to look at the woman she was cashing out like she was sorry i had interrupted the transaction. Clearly i left things and decided quickly once out the door that i would be headed to the mall no problem. Found some great times!!! Thank you Crystal Mall. I will say when i first walked in the woman working explained sales going on. But her conversation quickly hijacked her customer service. I would think coming from sales , advertising or just being an adult , you may know better. I WISH the other young lady was there more often. I love to give back to smaller businesses, but like to work with those intrested in the care of the customer as that is a part of why ppl choose to try and shop local or w smaller businesses. I wil say my last visits to the store with the other young woman had all been 5 star and even more if i could have left it for her!!

Great selection. Very helpful .

Great variety and presentation. Designer prices are great. Sale room is awesome, can find great items for $4-$8.
