The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The body work and overall reconditioning/detailing was truly perfect and my car looked brand new when done. On top of that the communication and follow up was spot on. Furthermore, the overall value was better than any other body shop around. What I got for what they charged was incredible. Don’t hesitate to call/use them; you won’t be disappointed!

My first time using Taylor and I’d absolutely use them again! They went over, above and beyond in their service. Always friendly, caring and professional. My parked car was hit by another driver so I had to deal with her insurance company. Taylor took the reins and worked directly with the rental company to arrange for my car — they even got me an upgrade from what the insurance company wanted to give me — they also dealt directly with the insurance company and my car dealer for some electrical recalibration that needed to be done. My car was so clean, spotless and detailed when I picked it up it was showroom ready. And the repair work; you’d never know about the fender bender.
I had to bring my car in to fix the fender got into a little accident. They took me in right away. Very friendly staff. Excellent work. Highly recommend.
