The gentleman I spoke with, Lawrence, was friendly, professional and explained everything extremely well. The entire staff was polite and friendly too. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I tend to have a fine time with Jiffy Lube. Idk. they say you can chance your own oil but synthetic is already expensive and doesn't have to be changed very often so I guess it seems like it's not cost-effective for me to learn. but I also realize that I am lazy and if the world falls apart I am not likely to have many marketable skills. I don't know what to say about this: I guess a lot of us are consciously investing our time, energy into skills the market-value of which completely depends on the survival of our current mode of life, including global shareholder capitalism, the internet, and abundant electricity. Will this gamble payoff or should I learn to change my own oil???

The folks here were nice and helpful. I felt bad though, because I think when I went there was a new employee who was inexperienced and the team spent 3 hours working on my car before telling me they couldn't change my oil and I had to come back after the weekend... It was a little frustrating but I felt worse that it had been my car holding the other customers up. The other folks in the waiting area were clearly annoyed and talking rudely about how my car was taking too long. I liked the employees here but it seemed like maybe an off day for some. Regardless, I think I'll still come back because they were very helpful and nice otherwise. Thank you guys for your patience!
