I can't say enough fantastic things about Secor Subaru. From my awesome salesman Paul Westermeyer, Kevin in Finance and I think Mike the manager, they are all the best. They are so helpful, accommodating and hard working. If you are looking for a vehicle, you should most definitely take a look at Secor.

I've been there several different times and have sent people down to the parts department to get parts for me and every single time the parts department is super rude and unhelpful. I've had them tell me that they don't have a part in stock that I know that they do because I have the ability to check their inventory. I'm not going to waste time driving down to New London just to find out that they don't have it. so I checked their inventory to make sure that they have the part that I need and I go down to pick it up in person and I've been told multiple times that they don't have it or they can't find it and when I tell them that their inventory says they have it and can they please look then they look for it and find it. If your looking for a nice helpful parts department go to holmgren or valenti. At least those guys act like they want to help you and it isn't a major inconvenience for them to do their job.

Buying A Subaru From Secor Was The Best Decision, As They Made It Easy and Drama Free. My 6 Month or 6000 Mile Service Date Arrived,, and When I Called The Service Department To Make The Appointment They Made Arrangements To Pick Up My 2020 Ascent and Deliver It Back To Me The Next Morning.nIf You Are Thinking About Buying A Subaru Secor Is The Place You Want To Do Business.

Overall, this was a pretty good buying experience. The salesman, Paul, was a pleasure to work with. He efficiently handled the transaction. He was knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. Every dealership tries to upsell in the finance office and this was no exception.
