Great Experience! I will recommend Whaling City Ford to all my friends and family. I only dealt with one person, Alberto. Al was courteous, helpful and 'attention to detail' driven. I requested custom options and Al delivered exactly what I was looking for. A fair price for a quality vehicle, I'll be back Al. Very good buying experience. Nathan Nimtz was my sales person, one of the most knowledgeable sales persons I've worked with when purchasing a new vehicle. It's unfortunately rare, in my experience, to find a sales person that has invested the time to fully learn their product line. Nathan knew everything about the F-150's capabilities, options, and performance. He was able to answer every question I had on the spot, without needing to look up any information. Impressive considering the huge variation in the available F-150 configurations by drive train and optioning. He was respectful of my time and didn't try to pressure me at any point. At the end of the deal, I'm confident I purchased the product I wanted, with the capabilities I need, and at a fair price. Without hesitation, recommend anyone looking for a new F-150 to consider Whaling City Ford.

My experience with Whaling City Ford was incredible. Mitch, the salesman I worked with, was super friendly and very attentive to my concerns yet not pushy or aggresive in any way. He was personable and polite and very knowledgeable with the vehicle I was interested in. A real class act! From there I met with Darnell, the sales manager, and Dean, the finance director, and both were very easy to talk to and work with to get my purchase completed. Even the general manager, Filippo, was very approachable and genuinely seemed to care about my needs. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Whaling City to anyone.

I went in with only a couple questions about comparing trim levels of a model and was able to get them answered quickly and transition in buying the one I wanted. They were easy to work with and up front about costs and what to expect given my credit standing. Would recommend to anyone.
