Horrible customer service. Has had my vehicle in service for a month we have to call constantly to get an update on vehicle.. adding unreasonable charges to bill that weren’t approved. Customer service then told me that I can just come pick up my vehicle if I don’t pay their unreasonable charges that I did not approve or get notified of until they told us we needed to pay before moving forward with fixing the vehicle. Not a good way to run a business.
