I gave it a two manly because of customer service. I don't know if that store had a lack of employee or what. The place had good prices and good quality shoes. I just couldn't find anyone to see if they had any more shoes of the kind I was looking at in my size or no customer service person to even help me pick out the right kind of shoe I was looking for.
I got a huge discount on two pairs of work shoes. The one cashier was very fast and friendly even though she was solo and was slightly swamped. She deserves a raise. All in all I'm glad to have a great shoe store in the neighborhood with a cool rewards program. I know you guys just opened and might need to add another till, but no complaints here. Thanks!
I just was in the Fargo, ND store. I was purchasing a pair of men’s walking shoes. Front end cap of the store with a sale price of $49. Took them to the check out and they rang up at $79. I challenged them on the price. Checkout person rechecked and told me the sign must be wrong. She called a manager over and there again said they have the wrong sign up. The employees both were courteous, but I left without the shoes. It was the first end cap entering store and they were all the same men’s walking shoes with various sizes, with a prominent $49 sign. I don’t get it
