Found my dress, we had a great experience! Only downside- I was the only customer in the store and my stylist was basically counting down the minutes until my hour appointment was done - made me very uneasy. We ended up going over a little (which was no big deal, there were no other customers) and I found my dress and everything all worked out. My stylist was extremely friendly, and I appreciate her help! :)

I’ve been to two other dress stores, and was feeling down because I had no luck finding THE dress and the service provided was not the greatest.. so I was surprised walking into David’s bridal and having amazing service from the second I walked in. It was a total change from what I was used to. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming and there for one thing, to help you find the perfect dresses for your special day. I was extremely blown away by how awesome Margaret (my consultant) was. She takes so much pride in her work and does everything she can to find you THE dress and figure out how to make it perfect. She gave me the experience I was hoping for with getting a wedding dress and because of her I finally said YES to the dress.

The first dress I bought was at a bridal boutique in WI and I paid a private seamstress $400+ to hem the bottom a little and fix a popped hip seam - got my dress back and she had taken in the hips a full 1 in on both sides and had completely cut the train of my dress off - I was mortified. I had to buy a second dress and this time I went David's Bridal and honestly I should have gone there in the first place!! The staff was amazing and really made me feel so cared for! The women who work as seamstresses at DB are hands down the best people I have ever worked with. I only spent $150 on alterations and I had extra lace put on, the shoulders taken up, the chest area sides taken in, cups sewn in and had them put a little hip room in for. Because I am small chested and the dress I bought was a DEEP V I had a dilemma with the cups and sides but they literally made as many minor adjustments for me, over and over again until I thought it was perfect. They made sure that the dress fit me perfectly and how I wanted it to. Best wedding dress experience I have ever had - best experience with a seamstress and retail workers that I have ever had.

I had an amazing time trying on dresses. Margaret was Exceptional she is what made the experience an amazing time. She is polite professional, upbeat and friendly she has a great fashion sense, she is knowledgeable and informative as well. She has a passion for what she does and it shows. I loved the dresses she chose for me it only took 3 dresses before the dress chose me!nI couldn't be happier with how my bridal appt went and I'm very happy with the service I received today!
