Amazing customer service.

We live right down the street from this facility I figured it would be easy to rent a storage container from them as they had good ratings. The company is family owed and operated. The wife does the storage and the husband does the commercial rentals. When first moving into the storage unit the wife was very helpful and quick to rent. I paid the prorated amount for that month and the next month.nAfter meeting with her I got to meet her husband whom is a very nice fellow. He showed me some commercial spaces that were available for our company and we were ready to buy a unit from him with the bank backing us up, until I decided that I did not need the rental unit as I bought a shed. I went in and spoke with the woman after sending two emails and leaving 3 messages on her phone for her to call me back. I actually went during lunch and was able to speak with her to tell her that we moved out of the unit and because it was day 1 of the new month she stated we dont give refunds with an attitude. Now if thats how they do business over $100.00... We have decided to look at another commercial space to buy thank god I learned the true meaning of there company over $100 verse the $200k we were ready to spend. The husband is a fair business man. But I would stay away from the wife as she is quick to be nice to take money but gives you attitude when you attempt to get a refund. Just FYI she said no refunds are allowed and its in the contract, its not. I will be reviewing every site that you are on.
