Patty has a wonderful customer service every week that I go in. Also, great quality work with all my dry cleaning needs. Keep up the great work Master Cleaners staff!

Called on Monday to ask about same day service and the clerk told me yes but they were “slammed” and sent the clothes out early… showed up the following Monday when they opened for same day service and the clerk told me they were “slammed” and would not have the clothes back til the end of the following day… why offer same day service when you can’t deliver same day service? I went to Marina’s on Central near Lomas and they offered same day service… and were able to deliver same day service. I am happy with the results and will continue to bring my clothes there… it’s obvious they can handle being “slammed”

My winter white dress was gray and the buttons were missing. The clerk insisted that the dress was cleaned with whites but offered to reclean it because it was full of black lint. I guess white clothes produce black lint. She also insisted that the buttons were non-existent when I brought it in. No apologies, just excuses and accusations from the clerk. Perhaps it would have been deducted from her pay.
