I love the Robert Graham store at Mohegan Sun Casino! Of course I love Robert grams clothing… That’s a given. But, this is a review of the store at the Mohegan Sun specifically. The entire staff at the store have always treated my wife and I extremely well, and most specifically the store manager Chris is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Previously, I had been buying Robert Graham clothing online, however immediately after our very first experience in store I decided to never buy online again!nnReturns and exchanges have never been a problem and overtime, as with any good retailer or even restaurant, the staff has learned our tastes. This is a true mark of professionalism and speaks volumes to the care and concern of creating and keeping repeat customers. Many of the stores at the casino have part-time and fly-by-night employees… But this is not the case at the Robert Graham store. Turnover seems to be very low and we love seeing the same faces every time we walk in. Simply put, I highly recommend visiting and experiencing this store!

TERRIBLE! I walk into an empty store with a shop clerk that followed me everywhere and stared at me. I WAS going to buy a $300 shirt but changed my mind FAST. Even if she was trying to be of assistance- WHICH I DOUBT- you have to let someone peruse the merchandise and not pressure them. I hope this isn’t the practice of this store but just one isolated instantce of a clerk that does NOT know how to sell clothes. I’d recommend teaching her how sales work or firing her because she is not doing any good for your business. This occurred June 28th, 2018 @ 5pm

Worse place evernThe sales guy look to you ,like you are nothing, they look to you and think you don't have money, they don't eve talk to younI had to shirt and cologne that I bought I guess online, when I gotta home I throw a waynI buy a lot clothes at coach and they betrayed me as like the only cliente they have
