Staff has been friendly and promptly ensuring the vehicle is provided maintenance requested. However, they are unable to address issues when they cannot duplicate the problem the consumer brings to their attention. Toyota has yet to fix a fuel tank issue during the year of ownership. 4 Star review is for the Service Department, should be a 3.5. If I was to rate Toyota it truly would be a solid 1.
I worked with Rick Radlow on the purchase of our new Tundra and he made the experience very enjoyable and relaxing. We had been to every Toyota dealer in the area and chose to buy there because of the sales team. Keith and Dan were also very helpful as we had started this journey looking for a Tacoma.
