Helpful and friendly service here, they were nice enough to come out and look at my radio to see if I made any mistake on the wiring for my stereo, knowledgeable and professional is the best way to describe my experience with them

Incredible customer service!nIt's refreshing to find a place that's happy to go the extra mile. I had an issue with my car that was pre-existing and completely unrelated to their work but they offered to help me find the solution. Have always been a fan of GreatScot I've purchased stereo's, remote starters, and windows tinted. Always a pleasure working with Brian.nRecently I went to get a price on a stereo installed, a guy came out, didn't recognize him. I wanted to show him my car for a stereo install. He barely wanted to talk to me. He said they are very busy..and couldn't do it for a long time ??? and then said the owner is actually so busy he would have to look at my car but sounded like he didn't want to do the job.nI told him then I'll go somewhere else and he proceeded to say if you can't get it done then try us back ???nBrian never would have told me this and would have made a sale then and there even if it took a couple of months.nNo idea who this guy is but he lost my sale .

I had the stereos from all my cars installed at Great Scot. A set of heated seats too.nYesterday I was having software trouble with my bluetooth sync on my truck with a 13 year old GS install, they came right out and fixed it. Great company.

Ran into issues with my Nissan. They insisted that I remove the entire system. They wanted $150 to do that. No charge at Great Scot. They have the very best customer service and the warranty on their products is Amazing. Long story short that wasn't the issue and I will be calling them today to have it put back in.
