Yes i gave this company a down payment ( a desposit)of $100 over 1 year ago. I told tgem i would come back when i was going to have them finish my work on my car. I never came back for them to install my Headliner for my Pontaic Bonneville. At that time when i gave them the deposit i had lots of uses with my car but I had Given Them my 1st $100 down payment. The money i gave them was For the headliner material they said the bought material one i gave them the money. Well i never had work done. Cuz i had problems other work done on my car. I talked to the worker plus Owner they wouldnt Give me money back they used me Seriously.... I told them asked them for my money back they refused. And. They never did. Yes i have the receipt. I never took the work yet or there material. I should be able to get my money back even tho no work yet well i dont have bonneville no more i traded. It in. And they got away with using me. Yup, they took advantage of me i should get My Money back if I didnt even get the work done. The owner was Very Rude i tried yes standing up for my self and getting my money back i even went there they said oh well hes not here i gave them my number man refused to do. I should be able to. This place a a Very Bad Poor business. Nope i didnt get my money back ever...And they. Got away with it. Terrible. I could report them i never did. Once again it happens. And i want my deposit back which is My Money!!!!! That wasnt right or Fair no tgey never Explained ti me Return of deposit. Of money towards car upholstery installation. No theyre not very smart or educated these Workers. I have a right to my Money..... Poor terrible business. That's bad i did try to call them just now No phone number... That's not good. Well google now knows. I called my uncle mike too to reach out to them and call this business but uncle mike never called. They shouldnt this business Get away with that.

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.nPoor quality and poor customer service.nThey wasted half of the fabric (used 11 square foot of marine vinyl for a 2 square foot cushion).nThe cushion was crooked and didn't lay flat, the zipper was stuck.nIt took them more than 2 weeks to complete the job.nThe owner is never there and in the end, when I told him I am not happy with the product and the price he decided to keep the cushion for himself.

I paid $1,570 to have 2 wing back chairs reuphoistered and 2 miner jobs. The work at firtst appeaed excellant but a few months later for no apparent reason one of the chairs began to fall apart. There is stiching between the wing and the arm rest that has seperated. Because no one has sat in this chair I don't know why the stitching has failed. I have called ABC repeately but have been ignored with no explanation and my request for a service call has gone unanswered. I know that the owner has been ill but the partner told me that he was trying to buy the business. I am at a loss as what to do about the gaping hole on my chair. If you are planning to use this business please beware as they do not guarantee their work. I am left with a problem that I will have to call another upholstery business to repair my chair.
