Very nice people took great care of my motorcycle while it was there highly recommended
The owner Mike took good care of me, did call the insurance, the adjuster and did all the paperwork necessary to fix my car.nI would recommend his shop.
The guy who picked up my car off the highway was super rude. I didn’t even choose them. The state police called them while I was trying to call my insurance.nI asked the guy if he could tow it to the dealer and he said “if you pay me cash right now”. And that it was going to his tow yard and I could get it from there.nTHEN when my insurance company was trying to come and get it the woman kept saying “oh the Cadillac”.... it’s a Honda civic. When I called she said the Cadillac twice. Then finally found the slip for my civic.nnMy car needed to be repaired and there was no way I’d leave it there. Nor would I ever call them for a tow.
Great place work came out amazing on time couldn't be any happier I would and already have recommended anyone to go here for your auto body work just got my 07 honda civic back today and as picky as I am I was blown away by the amazing work these guys did everyone I talked to was very professional and great to do business with great work guys way above what I expected me an my fiance are both very happy with the job
An unfortunate situation that turned out not so bad thanks to T&M and the owner Mike. My car was totaled an hour and a half away from home. Mike was super informative and sympathetic on the phone and in person. His patience and guidance were very much appreciated. I felt as if he had my best interest in mind the whole time, he provided me with options and different scenarios in dealing with my totaled vehicle. A pleasure to do business with. I will recommend T & M to anyone in the CT area in the near future! Thank you again to Mike and his team.
