My husband and I went to Charles Toyota for a new car. Brian Church was our sales rep. He listened to us, found the perfect car for us and we signed a new lease, all without feeling pressured. He made us feel like he cared and that he wanted to help. He wasn’t pushy. Keith was great too! Great experience all around! We absolutely LOVE our new car and would recommend Charles Toyota and Brian Church to anyone in the market for a new car.

Very pleasant experience. Simple oil change and inspection. Friendly staff and quick service. I ordered some parts for the car while waiting for the service to be completed which was a pleasant experience as well.

I do all my vehicle business with Charles Toyota. The Sales Dept is courteous and explains everything to you before your purchase. The Service Dept is the best I’ve ever been to. Being honest and fair with the price and the estimate of the work that needs to be done. The same goes for the Vehicle Refurbishment after an accident. I never had a Dealership to work with that was so fair and complete. Thank you to the employee’s at Charles Toyota.
