So we did an online order for food and a slushy. Everything was fine and then we got to the window to pick the stuff up and they didn't have slushies anymore they said. I was upset but understood and asked if I would get a refund and she said no because it was done online. If this isn't theft I don't know what is. How can you make someone pay for a service and then not receive this service? I will not be back here and I can't believe how far McDonald's has fallen. People expect very little and still get disappointed.
This place is fast. Super fast. I don't usually wait here. I am getting a little annoyed the drinks are coming out not fully filled. This has happened more than once. The service is super friendly though and I have no other issues with the place.
This McDonald's is usually known for reasonably fast Service. The Staff is very Courteous, Kind, Polite, & Accommodating. Special Grill Orders (No Pickle, Extra Ketchup, etc.) are welcone, & NEVER a problem...I have never had a Special Order made wrong, at this McDonald's!
The parking lot used to be kept better, during COVID-19, you should be able to order and enjoy your meal afterwards.
I'm ndercooked fries and forgot my drink that I had to go back in and get which after the extra effort on my part was just seltzer
