Our van had a bad sound and the nice folks at Tuffys were able to help us out. Couldn't be happier with the service and work done. Scott was professional and helpful. Tuffy's really cares about their customers. The owner is sincere and is actually in touch with what goes on at the ground level. I have personally interacted with him and he made me feel cared about and valued. You can't get that experience anywhere else. Whenever I bring my car in for an oil change, they inform me of any areas of concern but don't push me into buying anything with a sales pitch. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Tuffy.
I brought my Honda Civic into Tuffy to get an oil change and rear shocks installed. The quote Scott gave me was over $100 cheaper than the one I just received from Matt's Auto. Scott and his team were very courteous and explained everything to me. I would recommend Tuffy Auto Service to everyone and now I am a very loyal Tuffy customer!
Came to town on a Saturday got a flat tire. Everyplace was either closed or booked up for several days. Tuffys was booked up but said come in anyway and they would help usnout. Got us in an taken care of right away. Great service
This is a great shop. I came here after another place struggled with installing a coilover kit to lower my car. Scott the manager was a refreshing change from a lot of places as he was friendly, upfront with pricing/expectations, and even stayed a little late after close to get everything wrapped up. The work done is excellent and I will bring definitely bring my vehicle back here for services in the future.
