Really good service. The staff there was very helpful and supportive. I traveled from Michigan after filling the oil from Valvoline ant Michigan and went to Valvoline Fargo for check up and they found the oil level was little low because of the the leak so they filled it and didn't charged me for the top up.
Just bought a used pickup from a friend and they had their last oil change done here because unfortunately they didn’t know better. I change my own oil and realized it had a extremely small cheap oil filter on it. When I went in to a auto parts store to confirm they gave me the new one and it was HUGE compared. I asked if there was any other recommended filter and they said no. I showed them the old one and they said often times quick lube places will put on smaller filters because they’re cheap. If anyone out there doesn’t know the benefit of a big filter compared to small please do your research. This place is unfortunately ripping people off and not even putting on the factory recommended filters.
Oil change was fast. Paid a lot for a full synthetic oil change and was told to come back in 3,000 miles which seemed odd as to every other full synthetic I got was 7,000 miles. Was given a free car wash only to have the carwash down the first few days then my code didn't work when I tried, and yes it was within the 14 day period as said on the receipt. Not happy about that...
I have been going to the same shop on 13th ave s for years. I have never had a problem. 4 different vehicles no issues ever. Quick service.
Had an oil change here on a saturday after work. It was quick. Dakota was very helpful, pleasant, and well mannered. He free car wash is always an extra bonus to.
