All in all I think this is great. Reasonable pricing. Friendly and candid staff over the phone. They all work great together in providing exceptional service. Every business wants to only provide quality service to stay in the game. The longevity of this company says it all. because it all boils down to the people. Their attitude, character and work ethic towards any other human being no matter what race or social status and their great. Because at the end of the day all you want is to have an auto part that you need that’s it, and this company delivers!
I ordered a part but I have to return it and thought I will have a hard time to return but they are so nice to accomodate me without any doubt, thankyou!
I emailed them and asked if it their lot was open to browse and they said it was. I got there and you aren’t allowed to go into the lot; wasted a good hour.
This yard is one of the most accomodating yard. The part that I am looking for is not easy to find but Leland helped me finding it.
Worst yard in the USA! Customer service is a call center! WOW! The only yard to use a call center out of the USA. Customer service is like talking to a brick wall. Tried to order a part and got a girl maybe in the philippines or India? What kind of yard in the USA hires people like this with no knowledge of automobile parts? I asked very simple questions and was put on hold while she got the answers. Reminds me of calling my cell phone provider and talk to a someone in India that barely understand english. This place takes the cake. I wouldn't be surprised if all the positive reviews were from employees or the owners.Get with the program owners and get some staff with some automobile experience or sell the business to someone who understands how to run it! Shame.......
