I called and said my truck brakes just started making a grinding noise. They were busy, but John said bring it in and within a couple hours they found and fixed the problem in my rear brakes! Told me the truth and said my front brakes should be tended to in the near future, but could be done at my convenience. Very honest! Will do business with again! A+ Highly recommend!!!

I've been driving for 9 years and THIS IS THE BEST mechanic experience I have ever had by a longshot.nNo angry or moody workers, no pressure, no rush. They understood my financial situations and worked with what I had.nBen the master technician at this location was one of the friendliest people I've ever come across at a shop. All the guys work well together. Everyone is super helpful and welcoming.nI got so much more of a experience then I could have ever expected from a small location like this. I highly recommend taking your car here if you want to feel comfortable and confident about who's working on your car and where your money's going.nThey walked out to my car and spent about a half hour diagnosing my vehicle for FREE! All I did is told them what I knew was wrong and what noises I was hearing. I didn't even have a appointment!nThank you To all the employees at 13th Ave auto repair!

In Need of (06/01/2020)

I appreciated the employees courtesy in helping me to get the help I needed. I just came from a larger dealership and they told me I had to have my rear brakes done immediately. The dealership stated my brakes were worn all the way down. ($700)I talked to the manger at 13 Av Auto. He told me I could go for a year without changing the brakes. I appreciated the honesty and saved a lot of money. I will be their customer from now on.

I went in for my appointment time for an oil leak. They checked it out and when they were done they told me what was wrong. Then they explained that most of the problem they could fix right away. I didn't expect this so I agreed, it saved me from another appointment. What great customer service this was for me and I would recommend 13th Ave Auto Repair. Thank You!!
