I shop at Banana Republic all the time, and it was such a friendly and professional environment. Under new management, the store is a complete mess, all of the prices don’t match the discount, clothes were everywhere and the associates are rude and inconsiderate walking around with headphones in the ears. When I asked for help to find my size, I could not find the help I was looking for, employees were behind the counter talking or on their phone in the fitting room. This is just absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. Will not shop here again.

Excellent customer service. Mistakenly left my phone in there after trying on 2 pairs of pants and purchasing them. The woman at the front desk was so nice and so sweet. When I came walking back ,after walking a mile in foxwoods, I turned back around and she had it there for me. Thank you so much.
*spoiler alert*, 1) not a republic of bananas, 2) didnt see any bananas at all. While I was there I met some friendly staff, and some cool clothes. Would stop again.
