I’m holding back tears right now leaving this Sketchers store... I had a crush injury car accident in my left leg several years ago and I have t been able to find any kinds of comfortable walking and exercising shoes for many years even though I’ve tried on hundreds of shoes and sneakers and sandals. Today, while on vacation, my boyfriend wanted me to try Sketchers. I own 2 other pairs and a pair of Merrill’s none of which I wear so I was skeptical. Thank God he convinced me to try. I walked in and was greeted by a guy who gave us the lay of the land and directed us toward several options based on my needs and requests. While trying on a few pairs not getting anywhere, Lilly came up and asked if we were finding everything or some other similar question and she listened to my details then gave me some recommendations and advice and we ended up measuring my feet and my accident foot is now shorter and wider than my other foot which has been part of my problems in finding shoes. She also watched how I was moving my feet around and listened to why I do that and she made recommendations and told me about her favorite shoes and why she likes them bringing me several suggestions I hadn’t tried. The first pair of shoes she brought over to me - I teared up when I put them on INSTANTLY feeling AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE in those shoes - which we bought. We also bought another pair she suggested that are my style, sleek, not sneakers, for sightseeing and work and walking, and I’m wearing them now, out the door. I can’t thank Lily and Sketchers enough. Thank you soooo much! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

My wife decided to shop here for the first time never owned a pair of this product before I walked in tried on a pair and left the store with five different types could not decide on which style she liked so she bought all will be shopping here again the staff was very knowledgeable and polite thank you for a great shopping experience
