Really over H&M. I appreciate precautions taken during COVID-19 but H&M has gone overboard. It’s a massive store, they make people stand in line because only 30 can be in the store. The dressing rooms are closed. People are forced back to do returns if something doesn’t fit. I guess you can only catch COVID in dressing rooms & not from everyone manhandling returned clothes on the sales floor.
POOR customer service from girl worker with brown hair. Would not accept my tanger outlet coupon for 20% off even tho H+M was one of the stores listed for eligibility. My friends purchased right before me and other workers accepted the same coupon. Employees (just her) should be re-trained on treating their customers fair and with respect.

Great sale prices! Nice clothes!
Convenient H&M in the Tangier Outlets at the mall. The selection of men's clothes is greater than the average H&M. Prices were that of the average H&M store. Clothing well stocked. Fitting rooms widely available. Well lit and easy to navigate. Did not notice much communication between sales floor employees and customers. 4 stars for the variety of clothing compared to other H&Ms.
