Regular customer and have been for many years. Place is really going downhill. One tech on the nightshift that ends at midnight. And over 30 bays. Had a write up done on the night shift but the message wasn't given to the day shift. Treated me I'm not even scheduled. Something simple has become an all day if not couple day tie up here.
They got me in and out on a cat warranty job, even brought in a second tech to finish the job on Saturday, awesome place, really saved my bacon
Dropped a truck and got my different truck to come back home with, 1 little problem but they jumped on it and away I went, Great Job Thanks
they are liars, I was too days in this shop to replace the radiator on my volvo. Take me Thursday morning, and said will be ready afternoon, and then it started will be ready at night, will be ready morning, will be ready 11am, then 4pm. The truck is was ready 11:30 pm, and they changed forever, I was in shock, does not promise if you don't have time to fix when you promised.
DO NOTnnDo not take your truck here they take forever to fix lie about everything horible horrible horible customer service they suck plus never answer your phone calls ever don’t acknowledge their clients at all this place completely is a down fall on top of it charged so much for labor hrs more then estimated
