We took our car in for an exhaust service, brought our own parts. Unfortunately, the website we bought the parts from was wrong and they did not fit. Computech charged us a $100 charge for making a few calls to see if they could order the correct part, which they could not. They then tried to sell us a $1200 custom part. The only saving grace was that the mechanic was friendly.
Went for brakes,thought it would be bad news, found just the opposite. Bill told me front brakes were good just the back brakes were required, did not have to wait days for an appt, dropped it off and picked it up in 3 hrs. The best thing is EB employees receive a discount. At Computech it seems the customer comes 1st and they don't sell you what you don't need.
Brought my car here for a transmission replacement because it was local and my car actually made it. Was supposed to take 3 weeks and it was almost 6. I had to finish hanging the exhaust under the car and replaced exhaust fasteners that were missing when I got it home. Gary told me I was getting a top of the line custom built transmission coming from the west coast. It ended up being a Jasper trans. It had a slow trans fluid leak as well. Also, my dashboard now has several cracks in it that weren't there before and my passenger airbag light comes on intermittently. Not sure what happened in those 6 weeks....will never go back no matter how close they are....beware....snake oil salesman

The manager bill was honest and upfront with the work that needed to be done and was able to do it at an affordable rate and in a timely manor. Ive found my mechanic and Wont go to anyone else
