Was quoted 4-6 hours for a couple recalls that needed to be done and an oil change. 90 minutes after drop-off we were ready to roll. They let me know tires were needed which I already knew and brake pads on front which I again knew. Total honest dealership. Highly likely to purchase our next Kia from them. Megan at the front is great!
Wonderful work! Bryan was very accommodating and took care of my poor SUV very quickly. Congrats to all the technicians and guys working in the back! Congrats to the nice ladies up front! No dealership compares in customer service and satisfaction.
Overall I’d say the service is pretty good. The only complaint I have is with their communication with the customer as repairs progress. Twice my car was in and both times parts had to be ordered that took extra time to get. Neither time was this delay conveyed to me in a timely manner. Otherwise I’m happy with the work.
Mike Aguilar was awesome! He helped me get the exact car I wanted and I love it. Ethan in financing was also great, he answered all my questions on cost. They both were so helpful and made leasing my first car so easy. I would definitely recommend Kia of fargo!
I had my heart set on a Kia Seltos in a specific color. Rod and the entire team at Kia of Fargo worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted in the most laid-back, low pressure car buying experience I've ever had. On closing day, I wasn't at the dealership very long before I was able to walk out with keys in hand. Excellent overall experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
