They went above and beyond for my requests for a simple jump and battery charge. They were able to pick up my vehicle and drop it off. They even gave it a wash and I never asked nor expected it. I'm glad everyone was flexible during these extraordinary times. There are reasons I keep coming back for service. Keep up the great work team!

I am always blown away by the Gateway service department. Everyone I've worked with has gone above and beyond to make sure the work gets done quickly and well and that I'm taken care of while that's happening. Cannot recommend them strongly enough!

Was disappointed that masks were not worn by employees that had close contact with people. Social distancing was not followed by employees that were in close proximity to me. Service was done fine but did not indicate that touch points had been sanitized after work was done. Reception & customer service personnel were friendly & courteous but I wished they would have followed COVID prevention guidelines more even though North Dakota does not require it.

Appreciated everything from the first call to set up appointment to the actual appointment. It went well.

From start to finish, everyone I worked with was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They all made sure that I was satisfied and happy. I would definitely recommend.
