Quick and friendly. Shipped a switch overnight on a small warranty job. I wasn't even aware my vehicle was still under warranty, so the honesty and integrity is very much appreciated. Also courtesy driver Ross was absolutely excellent and a true joy to be around. I will be certainly be returning to Lunde for future services, and sales when it's new vehicle time.
The service is very quick and the secretary is always fantastic at entertaining my child when we visit. It’s not always easy doing errands with a toddler, and it has never been an unpleasant experience to take her along for oil changes. I’m super appreciative of that.
Every time I go to this shop, they make you feel like family. They talk you and greet you. They have snacks for waiting, anxiously, eager children! Today, I came to town late and they got me in 15 minutes before they were closing. That’s just exceptional customer service! Highly recommend!!
I couldn’t recommend Lunde more! Miguel made the process of buying my car so easy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the type of car I was purchasing and it really felt like he cared throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase or that it was just another sale to him. I highly recommend going to see him to anybody looking for a great experience while shopping for a car!
I had a wonderful experience with Lunde. Jeff was amazing - was able to fix my issues same day! Jeff even worked with Ford to make sure that my issue was covered under warranty! Will continue to use Lunde for all my work!
