We have 2 Lincoln Navigators. Great vehicles, but have had the usual few issues that come about with any vehicle. Kevin and the rest of the service department have been great accommodating our busy schedules for service and made the repairs effortless on our part. Taking your vehicle to a dealership or garage for repairs can be a frightening experience for most of us. Modern cars are complicated and require expertise to make necessary repairs. Having someone who can guide you through the process with honesty and professionalism is a luxury many of us don't have. I just got my vehicle back at Lunde Lincoln, and the service writer, Kevin Kautzman, provided those important qualities for me. He was as concerned about the proper repair and the cost of repairs as I was. I have no qualms about taking my vehicle or my wife taking hers to Kevin. He will ensure that the work is done properly and economically, he will keep you aware of what needs to be done and the time frame needed, be professional, and treat you honestly.

Came here for the first time today. Staff that I worked with was great, we had a minor misunderstanding and they were happy to fix it for me. I expected/hoped the waiting room would be bigger/better but in reality it was nice and had drink and snacks. Very pleased and will definitely be back.
