My husband and I were looking around to find our first vehicle purchase together, we stopped by Gateway and Alec approached us, he was knowledgeable, humorous, personable and made the stress of buying a new vehicle an enjoyable experience. His manager was friendly and willing to make a deal with us that was more than reasonable. We left Gateway feeling like we had made the perfect purchase for our first vehicle as newlyweds, we will continue to go car shopping with Gateway Chevy.

Gateway helped find and put us in our new GMC, and we couldn't be more appreciative!nnAfter our car was totaled, we were Walking between dealerships trying to find something affordable that would actually last. We ended up runnjng into our salesman (Jeremy) who brought us in, asked about our needs, and pulled options on the spot.nNext thing, we're test driving this car that's nicer then we thought could even be an option, and it was perfect.nJeremy was amazing at understanding our situation while being kind and really helpful at the same time. So a personal thank you to him.nMichael and Ryan were also amazing at helping push everything through!nn*** After the sale...nUnfortunately tbh after having the car for a couple hours, our GMC started to have bad steering wheel vibrations.nWe called Jeremy and he asked us to come back to service right away. We received a nice loaner while they looked at it but our hearts sunk thinking this was going to cost us more.nTurns out, it had a transmission related issue ud83dude31nBut they took care of it!! Just truly good customer service and honest way to handle everything. It was actually emotional for us catching a break after we'd been riding bicycles just to get around.nnSo thank you again to everyone!n-Heather and Nico

Danielle was the sales associate who helped me out and did a fantastic job! Incredibly helpful from start to finish. She helped me get everything set up from sales to OnStar to Sirius XM, with no hitches. I would recommend this crew any time!nnSince I wrote this initial review, I have purchased two more vehicles from Gateway. I have left pleased both times. Andy was super helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend seeing Andy for any vehicle purchases!

I am a owner operator. I was on the way to pick up load had a welded clamp break on air to air on my 3500 hd. I called parts to see if they had it. Yes they did !! That was the best feeling. To top it off I asked if anyway at all they could get me in. Service lady went explained it to manager said might be 2 hours. I said super!! They were the best from parts to service from start to finish!! They had me in and did a recall as well in 2 hours!! It was easy work for them however not the point. BEST EVER TREATMENT AT A DEALER EVER HAD!! if they are not #1 in ND they should be for sure superb service not enough stars for the help. Thanks so much!!

Jeremy Nelson is the best salesman I have ever dealt with! He is very motivated and will get an answer for any questions you may have. He worked late multiple days in a row to get me the vehicle I was looking for (I am very picky and specific). He will be my salesman as long as he works there. I would also like to mention Tim Bonnet (Accessories guy) made all things possible with all my requests. You two make a great team! Thank you!
